PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All Cyclone Floor Tools machinery are covered by manufacturer's warranty and are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12months from the date of purchase.
Cyclone Floor Tools warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect application, carelessness, modification, neglect, failure to maintain, incorrect purchase.
Failure to follow manufacturers specifications can lead to product failure, voiding warranties, and potential harm.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Cyclone Floor Tools adheres to the Australian Consumer Laws and offers refunds and returns on products that are considered manufacturer defects or faulty items or items damaged in transit, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly purchased items.
